Fall 2026 Brush Amnesty Program • Southampton, NY

The Town of Southampton’s Fall 2026 Brush Amnesty Program runs November 15 through December 31. During this time, residents can dispose of brush at no cost at the following Transfer Stations:

• Hampton Bays: 30 Jackson Avenue – 7 days a week, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM

• North Sea: 1370 Majors Path – 7 days a week, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM

• Westhampton: 66 Old Country Road – 6 days a week, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM (closed Wednesdays)

Branches and twigs must be less than 3 inches in diameter. Brush must be kept separate from leaves and transported in biodegradable bags. Proof of residency is required. Part-time residents may participate, but landscapers are excluded. Please note that brush is NOT accepted at the Sag Harbor Transfer Station.
