In this musical theatre program, performers will be cast and directed in a full-scale production. The journey begins with a friendly audition to assign roles for each actor to be featured, to rehearsals that focus on technique, character development and advancing storytelling in addition to vocal training and dance prowess taught by professional Teaching Artists dedicated to individual empowerment and collaboration. Our rehearsals then culminate in an impressive production with professional lights, sound, sets and costumes! Students will excel in stepping into their potential with confidence, finding their voice in expression and artistry. All WHBPAC programs are fit for theatre newbies and aspiring Broadway stars.

About ANASTASIA:

Anastasia transports its audience from the twilight of the Russian Empire to the euphoria of Paris in the 1920s, as a brave young woman sets out to discover the mystery of her past. Pursued by a ruthless Soviet officer determined to silence her, Anya enlists the aid of a dashing con man and a lovable ex-aristocrat. Together, they embark on an epic adventure to help her find home, love and family. Based on the 20th Century Fox Animation 1997 film.

Leads have potential to be double casted and placed in select moments as ensemble characters during Off Nights. Details to vary based on enrollment.
