Attorney’s Office | East Hampton Town, NY
The office of the Town Attorney serves as counsel to the Town in all matters. Town Attorneys prosecute and defend claims on behalf of the Town, draft legislation and Town Code amendments and prepare and review contracts entered into by the Town. The Town Attorney’s office also provides legal counsel and advice to all elected officials, municipal appointed boards and the various Town departments.
