About Adam Baranello
Adam Baranello is a multi-disciplinary artist whose work spans film, dance, music, and visual art. Based on Long Island, Adam has carved out a reputation for creating independent projects that blur the lines between traditional genres. His films are known for their raw style, experimental visuals, and an emphasis on movement and atmosphere — reflecting his background as both a filmmaker and performer.
Through his company, A&G Dance Company, Adam and his creative partner Gail Baranello have produced original works that bring together film, live performance, and sound in innovative ways. His artistic philosophy centers on independence and authenticity, often producing work outside the mainstream system to maintain creative freedom.
Night, his latest film, is a modern vampire tale that combines striking imagery, haunting characters, and an original soundtrack performed live. It’s both a genre piece and an exploration of timeless themes — transformation, desire, and the thin line between darkness and light.
Adam continues to push boundaries by creating work that is immersive, immediate, and rooted in both community and art-as-experience.
