Georgina Bloomberg has split from fiance Justin Waterman

Georgina Bloomberg and her fiancé — who just welcomed a baby girl in June — have split, Page Six has learned.

Multiple sources tell us that former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg’s equestrian daughter and financier Justin Waterman have called it quits.

Insiders say that the breakup is the talk of their elite Westchester horse club. “The entire Century Club knows,” said one.

In May the heiress announced her pregnancy on Instagram, writing “2 week countdown begins today. I cannot wait to meet you baby girl.”

Then in July she posted a carousel of adorable pictures of the baby. But sources noted at the time that Waterman was absent from the snaps.

“Scarlett arrived into our world on June 13th, and immediately stole the show, and our hearts,” Georgina wrote.

The former couple also share son Sebastian, who was born in 2023.

It is unclear when the couple called things off.

In June, the New York Post exclusively revealed that Georgina’s billionaire father bought her a $4 million waterfront mansion in the Hamptons, just minutes from his own estate.

The home has four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, and sits on one third of an acre.

“[Michael] wants to spend time with his grandchildren!,” a source said.

Georgina also has a child, Jasper, born in 2013, with ex Ramiro Quintana, an Argentine Olympic show jumping rider.

Waterman, who works for investment firm Summit Trail, has three sons from a previous marriage to Meredith Bowen Waterman.

Georgina and Waterman were engaged in April 2022 after dating for three years.

The pair were said to be working on a pre-nup at the time.

Michael Bloomberg made his fortune with the financial information service that he founded in 1981. He was the mayor of New York City from 2002 until 2013, and ran in the Democrat presidential primary in 2020.

Reps for both Georgina and Waterman did not return requests for comment.
