Description of Park
Located on Stephen Hands Path in Wainscott. This site features two 60’ synthetic turf baseball diamonds, two batting cages, two multipurpose athletic fields (one synthetic turf under construction and one natural grass), a small basketball court with a portable basketball system, two volleyball courts, a walking/jogging track around the entire facility, and ADA accessible rest rooms.
Park Hours
- Park open year-round – sunrise to sunset (unless otherwise permitted)

Athletic Field Reservations
To reserve an athletic field, you must contact the Parks & Recreation Department at 631-324-2417 and also submit a Field Use Application. Fees may apply.

Park Rules
- Park usage is “At Your Own Risk”
- No metal cleats on the synthetic turf fields or batting cages
- No skateboarding, rollerblading, biking, or scootering on the volleyball courts, playgrounds, or fields
- No alcohol, smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or any illegal substance allowed on the premises
- Dogs should be controlled at all times and pick up after your dog
- No dogs allowed on the synthetic turf fields, batting cages, or volleyball courts
- No amplified music, commercial activity, or formal contests without Town Board written approval
- No electronically or motorized powered wheeled apparatus allowed (unless for ADA mobility purposes)
- No unauthorized overnight parking
- Only Baseball related equipment or apparatus is permitted on the baseball turf, all non-baseball apparatus such as tents, soccer goals, lacrosse goals, etc. are not permitted without Town Board approval
- Recklessness will not be tolerated
- Be respectful of others
