New traffic restrictions will be in effect Monday–Friday, September 14 through October 30, 2026, from 3:00 PM–7:00 PM. Left turns onto Hill Street will be prohibited from Halsey Neck Lane and Captains Neck Lane, with no left turns from Lee Avenue onto Hill Street 24/7.
