Town of Southampton Reaches Settlement Agreement Regarding The Hills Development • Southampton, NY

The Town of Southampton has reached a Stipulation of Settlement agreement with Discovery Land Company regarding The Hills development in East Quogue. The agreement would resolve three pending lawsuits involving the Town.

On Tuesday, the Town Board scheduled public hearings for August 11 to consider components of the proposed settlement.
