Beach Rules
- Swimming prohibited, no lifeguard on duty
- Parking requires a Town of East Hampton parking permit
- Town of East Hampton Beach drive-on pass required for vehicular beach access (designated areas only)
- No vehicles are permitted on beach between 10am-6pm from the Thursday before Memorial Day to 9/15 unless authorized as per Chapter 91 of EH Town code.
- No unauthorized commercial activity
- Beach usage is “At Your Own Risk”
- Dogs should be controlled at all times and pick up after your dog
- No littering
- No camping
- An EH Town shellfish permit is required to take crabs from Georgica Pond
